Ülkü and Atar Gain Experience in Hungary

Ülkü Motorsport's three-time Turkish Circuit Racing champion Ümit Ülkü and 2014 TOSFED Circuit Cup Category 2 winner Galip Atar opened their European season with the first race of the Porsche Central Europe Cup at the Hungaroring. The Ülkü Motorsport drivers, who have achieved strong results in the Turkish Circuit Racing Championship, returned from their first European test of the season with two trophies.

Competing in Porsche 991 GT3s with technical support from TOK Sport, Ümit Ülkü finished second in the category in both races to take to the podium. Galip Atar, meanwhile, completed both races in fourth place in the category in an event that saw 17 drivers start.

Ümit Ülkü and Galip Atar will start the opening round of the European Touring Car Cup (ETCC) at the Hungaroring on 2–3 May in BMW E90 320 TCs.
