Our Drivers Receive Their ETCC Awards

Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport, which contested the 2015 European Touring Car Cup (ETCC) season in two different classes, collected its awards at the ETCC Awards Ceremony held in Paris, with Aytaç Biter taking second place in Europe in the TC2T class and İbrahim Okyay finishing third in Europe in TC2.

The BOM team contested the cup in the TC2 class with İbrahim Okyay at the wheel of a BMW 320si, and in the TC2T class with Aytaç Biter driving a BMW 320TC. This season the team started rounds in Hungary, Slovakia, France, the Czech Republic, Belgium and Sicily, in turn. Finishing the series of 12 races with both of its drivers on the podium, the team achieved an important success.

Another Turkish driver contesting the cup for Ülkü Motorsport, Ümit Ülkü, took third place in Europe in the TC2T class with a BMW 320si, while team-mate Galip Atar finished fourth in the same class.
