Final Date at the Circuit Was in Körfez

The sixth and final round of the AVIS 2021 Turkish Circuit Racing Championship was held on 4-5 December at the TOSFED Körfez Racing Circuit, organised by the Kocaeli Automobile Sports Club (KOSDER). With a total of 20 drivers taking part across two separate categories, Super and Maxi, the races provided intense battles on both days.
In the Super Group, Vedat Ali Dalokay took victory in both races in his Opel Corsa OPC, while Metin Çalışkan of Ülkü Motorsport finished third in the first race and second in the second, and Kerem Kazaz, a young driver who began competing this season, finished second in the first race and third in the second.
In the Maxi Group, İbrahim Okyay of Bitci Racing Team AMS won the first race and took second place on the podium in the second race on Sunday. His team-mate Turgut Konukoğlu finished second in the first race and was the first to take the chequered flag on Sunday. Yiğit Eröge took third in the first race in a VW Golf GTI, while Demir Eröge reached the third-place trophy in the second race in an Audi TT. The teams' victory went to Bitci Racing Team AMS.
Following this race, Ümit Ülkü of Ülkü Motorsport in a MINI JCW in the Super Group, and Turgut Konukoğlu of Bitci Racing Team AMS in an Audi RS3 LMS in the Maxi Group, have mathematically secured their championship titles. The AVIS 2021 Turkish Circuit Racing Championship standings will become official once announced by the TOSFED Sporting Commission.
