Mobile Training Simulator Hits the Road

The racing simulation and training truck prepared by the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation (TOSFED) specifically for children in the earthquake zone is setting off under the #HayataDeğerKatar slogan, with Yatırım Finansman as title sponsor. Over approximately a month and a half, the project will reach children in the 11 provinces affected by the earthquake, with the aim of contributing to the rehabilitation of the young earthquake survivors.
Last year, through its Mobile Training Simulator project, TOSFED visited 58 provinces across Anatolia and gave around 17,500 primary school pupils the chance to experience a racing simulator. Following the earthquake disaster the country has suffered, TOSFED is now aiming to reach children affected by it. This time, primary and middle school children will not only try the simulator but also take part in activities with educators and a live mascot, and books will be distributed.
TOSFED Acting President Nisa Ersoy, speaking about the project, which will visit tent and container cities and schools in 11 provinces in coordination with the official authorities, said: "As part of the social responsibility projects our Federation carries out regularly, we are excited to be starting a new project that will reach the children in the earthquake zone. We will pass on to our children the experience we gained from last year's project in Anatolia, and we thank Yatırım Finansman, who have set out with us and are strongly supporting such a meaningful project, whose only aim is to put a smile on the faces of the children in the region."
Yatırım Finansman Menkul Değerler General Manager Eralp Arslankurt described the project in these words: "As Turkey's first brokerage house, we have continued to support the region from the very first moment of the earthquake disaster. As we lay the foundations of this project with TOSFED, we are very excited to be reaching the children in the earthquake zone and to be able to bring a little joy to their faces."
With De Marke contributing as communications agency and Apex Racing as simulator supplier, the Mobile Training Simulator project will visit, from 8 May onwards, the provinces of Kahramanmaraş, Osmaniye, Adana, Hatay, Gaziantep, Kilis, Diyarbakır, Şanlıurfa, Adıyaman, Malatya and Elazığ in that order.
