Bursa Race Track Ready for Opening

Bursa Metropolitan Municipality is delivering another project aimed at strengthening the city's sporting identity and giving motorsport a new home. The Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Motorsport Centre, currently under construction in Osmangazi's Küçükbalıklı district, is counting down to its opening.

Built on a total area of 160 decares, the facility will host national and international events across a range of disciplines, including karting, drifting and autocross. Groundwork at the site is nearing completion, while the electrical installation and landscaping are also close to being finished.

With its 1,480-metre race track, the facility is not only one of the largest karting circuits in Turkey but also ranks among the few venues of its kind in Europe. The centre, which will bring motorsport enthusiasts together under one roof, will also host slalom and advanced driving courses.

With a 160-decare autocross and drifting area offering wide-ranging capacity, the facility will host the different disciplines of motorsport. Three grandstands with a combined capacity of 1,054 will also provide spectators with comfortable viewing.

Once test runs are completed, the facility is scheduled to open on Sunday 19 April 2026, becoming a new meeting point for adrenaline and speed enthusiasts.
