Ebam-Gedik Motorsport Heads to Europe

Founded in 2016 and competing in the Turkish Circuit Racing Championship with Yağız Gedik and Ahmet Mutlubaş, Ebam-Gedik Motorsport will take its first European test on Sunday 13 November in the final race of the 3H Endurance Champions Cup.

Competing with sponsorship from Ebam Uluslararası Nakliyat and Gedik Piliç, Ebam-Gedik Motorsport finished the 2016 season second in the teams' championship, third in the Super Group with Yağız Gedik and fifth in the Maxi Group with Ahmet Mutlubaş.

Ebam-Gedik Motorsport team director Ahmet Mutlubaş said: "Even though we are a new team, we have been racing in the Turkish Circuit Racing Championship for many years and have gained a lot of experience. Our team's fleet also includes some very promising cars such as the Honda Civic Type-R EP3, the Honda Civic Type-R FN2 and the Porsche 997 GT3. In Italy, for our first experience abroad, we will race a BMW Z4 GT3. Our plan is to race abroad for the whole of the 2017 season, both to gain experience and to represent our country in the best possible way."
