Adding a brand-new series to its seven years of experience on the international motorsport stage this year, Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport lined up at Italy's legendary Monza circuit on 23-24 May for the second round of the 3H Italy Endurance Champions Cup.

The team finished its second race in the series first in its class and fourth overall, flying the Turkish flag on the podium at Monza and bringing the Turkish national anthem to a European audience.

Aytaç Biter, Fatih Ayhan and Levent Kocabıyık shared driving duties of the BMW M3 in turn over the three-hour race. In a race where every minute was edge-of-the-seat and every lap was counted in seconds, the drivers each spent around an hour behind the wheel, racing both physically and mentally.

Completing 68 laps of the 5.7km Monza circuit, Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport drew on its experience to deliver a faultless race and came out on top in the Italy Endurance Champions Cup, which was contested across four different classes.
