Turkish Drivers Head to Hungary for ETCC Opener

Four Turkish drivers will represent their country at the opening round of the 2015 European Touring Car Cup, to be held at the Hungaroring in Hungary on 2-3 May.

Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport will compete in two different classes at the first ETCC round, with Aytaç Biter driving a BMW320TC in TC2T and İbrahim Okyay driving a BMW320si in TC2. Ülkü Motorsport, making its first appearance on the European stage this season, will fight in the TC2T category with BMW320TCs driven by Ümit Ülkü and Galip Atar.

The Turkish drivers will also represent Turkey in the Nations Cup, where the result is determined by the points each competing driver scores on behalf of their country.
