Circuit Racing Champions Decided at Serres

Rounds 5 and 6 of the 2018 Turkish Circuit Racing Championship were organised by the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation (TOSFED) on 23-25 November at the Serres Race Circuit in Greece. With the 2018 champions in the Super and Maxi groups due to be decided, the event carried great significance, and four separate races were held – two on Saturday and two on Sunday.
In Saturday's Round 5 races, Ersin Yücesan, driving a BMW 320 si for ERS-Mak Racing Team with BUY PAY COIN backing, won both races in the Super group, and Hakan Mete Kutay, driving a BMW Z4 GT3 for the same team with ERPİLİÇ backing, did the same in the Maxi group. In the opening race of Round 6 on Sunday, Uğur Fatinoğlu, driving a Honda Civic Type-R for ERS-Mak Racing Team, took victory in the Super group, while Galip Atar, in a BMW Z4 GT3 with WHEY Tazelen backing, won in the Maxi group. Following these races, Ersin Yücesan mathematically secured the 2018 Turkish Circuit Racing Super Group Championship, Hakan Mete Kutay the 2018 Turkish Circuit Racing Maxi Group Championship, and ERS-Mak Racing Team the 2018 Turkish Circuit Racing Teams' Championship.
