Big Prize for Circuit Racing Championships

The Turkish Automobile Sports Federation (TOSFED) is launching its digital motorsport project with Red Bull as title sponsor and motorsport.com as media sponsor.

The tournaments, which will be held in two separate disciplines – the Turkish Digital Circuit Racing Championship and the Turkish Digital Rally Championship – will be open to anyone aged over 6 and under 80 who holds a TOSFED digital licence.

The TOSFED digital motorsport project will begin with the TOSFED Digital Circuit Racing Championship, which will use the PlayStation 4 platform and Gran Turismo Sport, a racing game that is also FIA-certified. Registration for the championship remains open until 18:00 on 8 May 2020, and the drivers who take the top 14 places at the end of the qualifying series on 11-17 May will be able to take part. Among the competitors, after 10 separate races, the driver who scores the most points will win the title of 2020 TOSFED Digital Circuit Racing Champion and 10,000 TL, while second place will receive 6,000 TL and third place 4,000 TL in prize money.

The TOSFED Digital Rally Championship, which will use the WRC8 game playable on PS+, PC and Xbox platforms, will begin in June, and at the end of both championships the winning drivers will be awarded the title of 'Turkish Digital Champion' in the relevant discipline, in addition to cash prizes.

Licence applications and race registration will be made through the website http://dijital.tosfed.org.tr . The licence, which costs 50 TL and is valid until the end of the year, will also be valid in other cup events and in independent events organised by our clubs.
