Double Header at Izmir Park

An adrenaline-filled weekend awaits at the Izmir Park circuit, which will host the TOSFED Circuit Cup on Saturday 18 April and the Turkish Circuit Racing Championship on Sunday 19 April.

The event begins on Saturday morning with administrative and technical checks, followed by the briefing, practice and qualifying. The first TOSFED Circuit Cup race will then get under way at 14:15, with Category 1 and 2 starting together. After this 12-lap race, the pit lane will open at 15:00 for the Category 3 drivers. Following the second race for Category 1 and 2 at 16:00 and the second Category 3 race at 17:00, the opening round of the TOSFED Circuit Cup will conclude with the prize-giving ceremony at 17:45.

The Turkish Circuit Racing Championship, which produced intense battles throughout the 2014 season and saw lap records broken one after another, kicks off its season on Sunday 19 April with two races each for the Super and Maxi Groups. In the first contest of the season, teams and drivers will fight hard to get their first points of the year on the board. The season's first circuit event will end with the prize-giving ceremony at 18:00.
