Galip Atar Joins Ferrari Challenge

National driver Galip Atar will begin the 2016 season at the opening round of Ferrari Challenge Europe, held at Italy's legendary Monza circuit from 1-3 April.
Last season, the driver from Izmir successfully represented Turkey in the European Touring Car Championship (ETCC) and the Porsche Sports Cup series, and also won the Turkish Hill Climb Championship Category 2 title. Atar will continue the European campaign this year with Ferrari Challenge Europe, and is also among the leading contenders in the Turkish Circuit Racing Championship.
Experienced at some of Europe's most prestigious circuits, Galip Atar will line up on the grid at the iconic Monza for the first time. Atar will also get behind the wheel of the 570 horsepower Ferrari 458 for the first time in this race.
