Fiat Digital Tournament Set to Begin

Having launched three different projects in recent years – TOSFED Is Looking for a Star, the Egea Youth Cup and Egea Calls You to the Track – Fiat is now organising the 'Fiat Digital Tournament' to bring motorsport fans together in esports. Organised in cooperation with the Automobile Sports Federation of Turkey (TOSFED), the 'Fiat Digital Tournament' will be held at the Monza and Imola circuits.

The digital tournament, which will be run on the 'Assetto Corsa' simulator, will begin with qualifying races at Monza. The 20 participants who set the best times at Monza will earn the right to compete in the final race at Imola. Esports enthusiasts in the Fiat Digital Tournament will race a model of the version of the Fiat Egea specially designed for circuit use. Esports fans wishing to take part in the Fiat Digital Tournament can apply until 12 February via the official websites of Fiat and TOSFED. The qualifying round of the digital tournament will take place at Monza between 15 and 21 February, while the final round will be run on 25 February at Imola, one of the fastest circuits in the world. The tournament champion will be announced on 25 February in a one-hour live broadcast on Fiat's official YouTube channel and social media accounts. The final race of the digital motorsport event will be commentated by Serhan Acar, known as the 'Voice of Formula 1', and will include sign language interpretation.

The winner will receive 2,000 Steam wallet codes, as well as the chance to experience driving with the Fiat Motorsport Team. The runner-up will take home 1,750 Steam wallet codes and will be able to take part in a co-driving activity with the team in the 180HP version of the Egea, specially developed for circuit use. The participant finishing third will win 1,500 Steam wallet codes and will earn the right to attend Fiat Motorsport's safe driving training and receive a certificate.
