The requirement to run a spectator special stage on rallies has also been scrapped. In addition, the regulations now specify that Turkish Rally Championship drivers, Historic Rally Championship drivers and Ali Sipahi Rally Cup drivers will appear together on event start lists.
2018 Draft Regulations PublishedIn the Turkish Off-road Championship, the four-class system used until now has been expanded to five, with the new SSV class opening the way for four-wheeled 4x4 quads and UTV-type vehicles to compete. Classes 1-2-3-4 continue with the same engine capacities, while Class 5 SSV will be classified separately.
