Rally Turkey Showcased at EMITT Fair

The EMITT Eastern Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Fair, one of the world's five largest tourism fairs, has opened for the 22nd time at the TÜYAP exhibition centre in Istanbul. At the 112-square-metre stand set up by Marmaris Municipality, both the district and Rally Turkey, a round of the World Rally Championship to be held in and around Marmaris from 13-16 September, are being promoted.
Marmaris Mayor Ali Acar met champion rally driver Murat Bostancı, whose car is on display at the Marmaris stand. Bostancı, who is helping to promote the Turkish round of the World Rally Championship and signing autographs for visitors, thanked Mayor Ali Acar, TOSFED officials and the people of Marmaris for this huge event, and announced that they are inviting all motoring enthusiasts to Marmaris for the biggest sporting event of 2018.
The EMITT Eastern Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Fair will remain open at the TÜYAP exhibition centre until the evening of Sunday 28 January.
