Yücesan Takes Double Second Place in VLN

Ersin Yücesan and Emir Aşarı, who represent Turkey in the Nürburgring Endurance Series, known as the VLN, left rounds 2 and 3 of the series, held over the weekend of 11-12 July, with strong results.
The experienced circuit racing driver Yücesan competed alongside the Belgium-based Turkish brothers Hakan and Recep Sarı in a BMW M4 GT4 prepared by JJ Motorsport. Racing with the support of Cona BVBA and Sarco, the Turkish crew finished both four-hour races in second place in the SP8T class. Our other representative in the championship, Emir Aşarı, started in a BMW 330i for Sorg Rennsport with Tezmaksan sponsorship. Competing in the VT2 class with Nicolas Griebner and Björn Simon, the young driver took the chequered flag in fourth place in both races.
The fourth race of the season in the Nürburgring Endurance Series, the four-hour 43rd RCM DMV Grenzlandrennen, will take place on 1-2 August.
