TOSFED Marshal Training Seminars to Begin

The Turkish Automobile Sports Federation's annual "Marshal Training Seminars" begin in Ankara on 17 February. Those who wish to take an official role as a TOSFED marshal at the many national and local events organised each year across nine different disciplines, as well as at international events such as the European Rally Trophy (ERT) and the World Rally Championship (WRC), can seize that opportunity by attending the free marshal training seminars.
The seminars start on Sunday 17 February in Ankara at the Yıldız Kenter Theatre Hall in the Nazım Hikmet Congress and Cultural Centre. They continue on Saturday 23 February in Kocaeli at the International Youth Centre, on Sunday 24 February in Karabük at the Karabük University Kamil Güleç Library Conference Hall, on Saturday 9 March in Izmir at the Atatürk Stadium Active Football Referees Association, on Sunday 10 March in Antalya (seminar venue to be announced later), on Saturday 16 March in Istanbul at the Burhan Felek National Teams Camp Centre Conference Hall, on Sunday 17 March in Bursa at the Uludağ University Automotive Engineering Conference Hall, on Saturday 23 March in Çanakkale at the ÇOMÜ Terzioğlu Campus Faculty of Agriculture Conference Hall, and on Sunday 24 March in Eskişehir at Anadolu University's Salon Anadolu.
At all venues, the promotion seminars for existing marshals will take place at 11:00, with the seminars for new marshals at 14:00. Candidates need only bring their ID card or driving licence, two passport-sized photographs and a pen to use in the exam. Candidates who pass the test taken after the seminar will be licensed by TOSFED and will be able to serve at events by appointment, under the Provincial Marshals Committee of their home city.
