TeamArt Drivers Meet Children

Competing in the Turkish Drift Championship, the Teamart team's drivers met children at the Eyüpsultan Child Protection Agency as part of a social responsibility project, which they have organised for the fourth time this year. Supported by Eyüpsultan Municipality, the project began with a visit by Teamart's drivers and management to Eyüpsultan Mayor Deniz Köken.

Burcu Çetinkaya Bucak, Özer Mollamehmetoğlu, Cem Bora Kalaycıoğlu, Oktay Kabaktaş and Harun Taştan then travelled with Mayor Köken, in their drift cars, to the Eyüpsultan Child Protection Agency on Fahri Korutürk Avenue. The children, who were given basic road safety information, had a great time exploring the race cars and posing for souvenir photographs. Afterwards, the drivers had iftar dinner at the Eyüpsultan Ensari Mansion with 60 children from the Eyüpsultan Child Protection Agency.
"EVERYTHING IS FOR THE CHILDREN"
Stating that they will always support projects aimed at children, Eyüpsultan Mayor Deniz Köken said: "Everything is for the children… Here our children learned the basics of the rules of the road, and they also had the chance to look over and discover the race cars of their dreams. We will always support social responsibility projects like this.""OUR AIM IS TO MOTIVATE THE CHILDREN"
Emphasising that they came together to motivate the children, drift driver Özar Mollamehmetoğlu said: "The children here are our children too. Our aim is to motivate them, to entertain them and teach them something at the same time… We chatted here and talked about cars. We would also like to thank our mayor, Deniz Köken, very much for his support, on behalf of our Teamart team and the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation.""LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL WHEN SHARED, THEY ARE ALL OUR CHILDREN"
Speaking about the children's interest in the sport, well-known rally driver Burcu Çetinkaya Bucak said: "This season I started competing in drifting with Teamart. Alongside racing, we also develop projects like this. We know our children's interest in this sport. With the contribution of our mayor, we came to the Eyüp Child Protection Agency and surprised the children with our race cars. We talked with the children about cars and satisfied their curiosity on the subject. They asked some really good questions. They are all our children, and we will have our iftar with them too."
