Supercup Finale Heads to Mexico

Ayhancan Güven, the 21-year-old Turkish national driver competing with the support of the Turkish Ministry of Youth and Sports, Spor Toto, the Turkish Motorsports Federation (TOSFED) and Pierre Martinet, will contest rounds nine and 10 of the Porsche Supercup at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez in Mexico on 26-27 October.
The championship finale, which runs as a support series ahead of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship races, begins with qualifying on Saturday 26 October 2019 at 19:30 (Turkish time). The fastest time set in the session will determine the grid for race 10, while the second-fastest time will set the grid for race nine. Race nine of the series starts at 22:30 on Saturday 26 October, with race 10 getting under way at 18:15 on Sunday, and both races will be broadcast live on Eurosport.
With two races of the season still to run, our representative secured the rookie title by a 39-point margin and became the "earliest race winner" in the championship's 27-year history. Having also won the Porsche Carrera Cup France title for the second time this season, Güven now aims to finish the Supercup season on the podium too.
