Rallycross Action Kicks Off at Kaynaşlı

The first race of the season in rallycross, which gained Turkish Championship status in 2016, will take place on Sunday 14 August at the newly built permanent Kaynaşlı rallycross track at the Kaynaşlı Motorsports Centre, in a multiple-start format.

Organised by the Eskişehir Automobile Sports Club (ESOK) with the support of the Düzce Governorship, Kaynaşlı District Governorship and Kaynaşlı Municipality, the races will be contested in both local and national classifications.

The event, in which cars will compete in 3 separate categories according to their technical specifications, will begin with free practice between 11:30 and 12:30, followed by official practice and qualifying between 12:30 and 13:30. After the warm-up laps between 13:30 and 14:30, the season opener will conclude with the semi-finals at 14:30 and the finals at 15:30, and the top finishers will receive their trophies at the prize-giving ceremony at 17:00.
