Off-Road Action Comes to Sakarya

Round 5 of the Petlas 2021 Turkish Off-road Championship, organised by 54 Otomobil Sporları Kulübü with the support of Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality on 20-21 November, ended with a successful event. Watched by hundreds of motorsport fans at the 'Spor Ada Vizyon Projesi' venue, with 28 vehicles and 56 drivers taking part, Mustafa Saray-Samet Zurnacı took overall victory, Ertan Nacaroğlu-Ali Emre Yılmaz of Bitci Racing finished second and the İsmail Ayhan-Arda Arslan crew from ANDOFF Offroad Team took third.

Ertan Nacaroğlu-Ali Emre Yılmaz also won the SSV class, while the other class wins went to Şehmuz Oğuz-Selman Aybar in Class 1 with a Suzuki Grand Vitara, Bekir Sami Başkal-Önder Akcengiz in Class 2 with an Isuzu Rodeo for ANDOFF Offroad Team, Engin Öztürk-Mehmet Özdemir in Class 3 with a Toyota Land Cruiser, and Mustafa Saray-Samet Zurnacı in Class 4. Bitci Racing Team won the teams' classification. At the end of the event, the top finishers received their awards from Sakarya Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem Yüce and officials.
