Lassa V1 Heads to Aydın

The Lassa V1 Challenge arrives in Aydın for the fourth round of the season. Aydın Race, the first of the festival-style city-centre events, will take place on Sunday 4 October at Malazgirt Square.

The surprise results at the previous round in Izmir have intensified the fight for the lead in Lassa V1. Yağız Avcı goes into the fourth round as leader, but Burak Çukurova, one of the most experienced names in Lassa V1, is right behind. Can Tolon, meanwhile, will be racing to claw back the points lost in Izmir and move to the top, while hoping his rivals drop points. Toprak Candan, the talented driver without a driving licence, shares fourth place on 37 points, level with Can Tolon.

The people of Aydın will be treated to special shows before the race, which starts at 16:00, and will watch the VOLKICAR battle with excitement. The race will again be broadcast live on NTV SPOR.

Alongside the overall classification, the fight continues in the Youth Cup and in the Master Cup, which is contested by drivers over 40. In Lassa V1, the winner will take home 10,000 TL, the runner-up 4,000 TL and the third-placed driver 2,000 TL.
