Kuvvet Erim Elected AYOSK President

The general assembly of the Aydın Automobile Sports Club was held on Thursday 16 May 2024. In an election with a single candidate, Mithat Diker handed the presidency, which he had held for six years, over to Kuvvet Erim.

Kuvvet Erim, the club's founder and first president, who is also the Aydın MP for the 27th term, was obliged by procedure to give up all presidential and management roles after being elected to parliament. As a result, Mithat Diker became AYOSK president in 2018 in an election held at an extraordinary general assembly.

At the end of the meeting, Kuvvet Erim said he had seen the club support the sport and its competitors successfully under Mithat Diker's presidency, that the club's management and officials had represented the AYOSK name extremely well, and that he was delighted with their work, before presenting Mithat Diker with a plaque of thanks.
