Güven and Besler Head to Spa

The 2018 season of the Porsche Carrera Cup France and Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Benelux series begins with a joint race at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium on 4-5 May.

In the race, which features 39 drivers this year, Turkish driver Ayhancan Güven is aiming to continue the success he showed in the 2017 season, racing for Attempto Racing. Another young Turkish driver who will be following the series this season, Berkay Besler, will also compete for Toksport WRT in second-generation cars. Because of the World Endurance Championship (WEC) event taking place on Sunday, the joint Porsche Carrera Cup and Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Benelux race will be held on Friday and Saturday.
