Çelik Takes to the Track in a Mini

Çağlayan Çelik, who finished runner-up in the Super Production class of the 2019 Turkish Circuit Racing Championship, is preparing to compete in the AVIS 2021 Turkish Circuit Racing Championship. Çelik is getting ready to take the wheel of a Mini Cooper S prepared by ersmotors3d Racing Team, and will head to the track with the backing of aloft Hotels and Sheraton Bursa, targeting the Super Group championship title.
Çelik will start the first race of the Izmir Circuit Cup, to be held at Ülkü Park Racing Circuit on 19-20 June, for testing purposes, and will also continue to compete this season in the Clio Rally Trophy Turkey with a Renault Clio Rally5.
The AVIS 2021 Turkish Circuit Racing Championship begins with the opening round at Izmir's Ülkü Park circuit on 10-11 July, and the season continues with the second round at Körfez Racing Circuit on 14-15 August. The drivers will contest the third round, again at Izmir Ülkü Park, on 2-3 September, before completing the season with the final two rounds at Körfez Racing Circuit on 13-14 November and 27-28 November.
