Ayhancan Güven Wins in France as Turkey's National Anthem Rings Out

Backed by the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation (TOSFED) and Spor Toto, 19-year-old national driver Ayhancan Güven, who is contesting the Porsche Carrera Cup France, scored a major success at the third round of the series at Dijon on 13-15 July, taking one win and one third place.Güven, who has reached the podium in every race he has contested so far, won in France to see the Turkish flag raised and had the national anthem played to a European audience. Racing at Dijon for the first time, the young driver earned widespread praise for these results against experienced rivals who had raced at the circuit many times before.
Ayhancan Güven now prepares to fight for the lead against 19 rivals in round four of the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Benelux, which takes place at Spa in Belgium on 28-29 July. He currently leads that championship on 14 points...
