Yusuf Aramacı Rally Cup Launched

It has been decided that the local classifications in the remaining five rallies of the season, including those in the Turkish Rally Championship, will be run in four separate categories, and that the four drivers who score the most points in their categories across the Ford Otosan Kocaeli Rally, Yeşil Bursa Rally, Eskişehir Rally, Istanbul Rally and Festival Rally combined will be awarded the YUSUF ARAMACI CUP.

The categories will be determined on the basis of those in the Turkish Hill Climb Championship, with further details to be announced in the supplementary regulations of the events.

WHO WAS YUSUF ARAMACI?
Aramacı became Turkish Rally Champion as Ayhan Tokyay's co-driver in 1978 and went on to win countless honours, later serving many teams and competitors in circuit racing, rallying and Formula 3 at the ST Racing garage.
