New Course a Big Hit

İSOFF CHALLENGE 2016, organised by İstanbul Offroad Kulübü on Sunday 19 June, drew widespread praise once again with its new course at Çiftalan.

The event began with 19 drivers in contention, and the excitement grew with every lap. After 12 laps in the first round, eight vehicles progressed to the second round, and after 10 laps in the second round, eight vehicles made it through to the final. At the end of a final that was both sporting and thrilling, Ali Doğaner and Baybars Öztürk emerged as the winners.

After the final round, where the fiercest battle took place, the Ali Doğaner and Baybars Öztürk crew won the second race of İSOFF Challenge 2016. The 2015 İSOFF Challenge winners Ali Gökhan Yazıcı and Alpaslan Yüksel finished second, with Ali Çetin and İsmail Serinel third.

Class 1 was won by Ali Çetin and İsmail Serinel
Class 2 was won by Ali Doğaner and Baybars Öztürk
Class 3 was won by Ali Gökhan Yazıcı and Alpaslan Yüksel
Class 4 was won by Yusuf Yıldız and Bülent Karaduman.

The next round of İSOFF Challenge will be held on 9 October 2016, with the excitement set to resume where it left off.
