TOSFED Karting Academy Visits Körfez

The first sessions of the TOSFED Karting Academy project, launched by the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation (TOSFED) to nurture and develop young drivers, took place at Körfez Race Track on 18-20 March.
Twenty-two-year-old Lorenzo Travisanutto, the 2018 and 2019 FIA Karting World Champion, 2019 FIA Karting European Champion and five-time WSK European Karting Champion, joined the Turkish drivers as TOSFED's karting instructor. Over three days, the Italian driver and coach delivered theoretical and practical karting training to licensed drivers competing in the mini and junior categories.
A total of 20 drivers took part in the training, which was also attended by TOSFED President Eren Üçlertoprağı, TOSFED Secretary General Serhan Acar and TOSFED Sporting Director Murat Kaya.
