Rally Halikarnassos to Take Place in Bodrum from 29 April

Rally Halikarnassos, organised by the Smyrna Offroad and Nature Sports Club (SMYRNOFF) with the contribution of the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation TOSFED and the support of Bodrum Municipality, will be held in Bodrum from 29 April to 2 May 2021.
With the beauty of Bodrum, where nature has been generous, on one side and its demanding stages on the other, Rally Halikarnassos will give its participants unforgettable moments. In an event run in two separate classes, Rally and Raid, across the car, motorcycle, SSV and ATV categories, competitors will spend four adventure-filled days on challenging special stages.
Sharing his views on the event, TransAnatolia General Coordinator Burak Büyükpınar said: "We are excited to be running Rally Halikarnassos for the third time this year, after we were unable to hold it last year because of the pandemic. As the first Baja event of the season, starting in Bodrum and continuing at different points in Muğla over a route of roughly 400 kilometres, we expect a fierce battle."
The event will begin on Thursday 29 April with a ceremonial start following administrative and technical checks, and will finish on Sunday 2 May. The finish and trophy ceremony of Rally Halikarnassos will be hosted by Bodrum Municipality and attended by Bodrum Mayor Ahmet Aras.
