Local Off-road Excitement in Sapanca

Ahead of the second running of the event in the Yanık district of Sapanca this year, the Sapanca Off Road Association (SOFFDER) has completed its work on the course that will host the race. Race Director Tolga Canvar, who said the course alongside Yanık Creek is 2 kilometres long, told competitors a tough course awaits them.

Giving details of the course that has been prepared, Canvar said: "We built artificial hills and pits. Some parts of the course suit off-road driving, while others suit speed. We have prepared a stage that both competitors and spectators will enjoy. We thank all our association members, the municipality staff and Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aydın Yılmazer, who contributed to the preparations."
