Kolot Jr. Takes to the Track in Belgium

Turkish karting driver Ömer Asaf Kolot contested the first race of his 2017 season at the International Genk Circuit in Belgium on 24-26 February. Competing in practice sessions and races over three days in the Belgian Max Challenge, Kolot earned praise over a tough weekend, particularly for the performance shown in Round 3.
In this prestigious cup, which is open to international entries, the driver went wheel to wheel with Dutch and Belgian rivals in particular, and finished the weekend sixth in the overall classification of the category.
The second round of the season in the Belgian Max Challenge will take place at the Genk circuit again on 22-23 April.
