Karting Championship Heads to Uşak for the First Time

The fourth round of the 2015 karting season takes place on 15-16 August at the Uşak Municipality Karting Circuit, organised by the İzmir Karting Club. The two-day event will host the Rotax Max Challenge (RMC) as well as the Turkish Karting Championship (TKŞ).
Three races will be run in each of the Mini (ages 7-12), Formula Junior (ages 13-16), Formula Senior (ages 15 and over) and Formula Master (ages 32 and over) categories, and the event is notable as the first race to be held at the 1,200-metre Uşak Municipality Karting Circuit.
Starting at 09:30 on both days, the event will consist of three races per category: 12 laps for Mini, 16 laps for Formula Junior, and 19 laps for Formula Senior and Formula Master. Qualifying and Race 1 for all categories will be held on Saturday 15 August, with Races 2 and 3 on Sunday 16 August. In the Rotax Max Challenge special cup, the geared karts that first raced last year return to the track again this year. The fourth round of RMC Türkiye 2015 will also be run over the same weekend, with 32 HP two-speed Rotax DD2 engines.
