Drag Racing Returns to Izmir Park

Drag racing, long awaited by motorsport fans, is being held in Izmir after a lengthy break. On Saturday 29 August, speed enthusiasts can look forward to a safe track where they can race freely, along with a range of entertaining activities.

The Izmir Local Auto Drag Round 1, organised by Ülkü Motorsporları Kulübü at the Izmir Park circuit, will also feature a DJ performance, a drift show, taxi drives, a modified car competition and a best sound system competition.

In the drag races, which start at 21.00, two cars will launch side by side and try to complete the course in the shortest possible time. At the end of the day, a trophy ceremony will be held for the top finishers.
