Black Sea Cup Continues in Rize

Round five of the Black Sea Local Off-road Cup will be held at the site of the old Rize Atatürk Stadium on 15-16 August 2015, organised by Rize Offroad Rescue Team Sports Club with the support of the Rize Governorship and Rize Municipality.

Event Director Caner Okay said of the event: "Accompanying the off-road passion of the Black Sea people, which is like their love for their wild, windswept sea, we come together for professional competitions equipped with maximum safety measures and TOSFED standards. We will once again try to emphasise that living the adrenaline is not about fighting nature but about learning to live in harmony with it, and we invite everyone who loves excitement to our event.

During our preparations, we would like to thank Rize Governor Ersin YAZICI in particular, Rize Mayor Prof. Dr. Reşat KASAP, and the Rize Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports and the Rize Health Directorate, who did not withhold their support. We extend our gratitude to Metin ÇEKER, President of the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation, for his contribution to off-road sport and his valuable leadership.

With its horon dance, tulum bagpipe, kemençe fiddle, tea, raging rivers, wild sea and passionate people, we invite everyone to KAMOK Round 5 Rize, which will get under way at 11:30 on Sunday 16 August 2015, so that the local people can share in our passion for adrenaline. We hope to share a rich off-road experience with everyone, together with the competitors arriving from all over Turkey…"
