19 May Celebrations at the İSOK Hill Climb

The only hill climb held in Istanbul for many years, and staged on the Şile Ovacık village course since 2015, the İSOK Hill Climb will this year be the second round of the Turkish Hill Climb Championship, run on the Yeni Darlık–Teke road on 19-20 May 2018.
As in previous years, the event will be organised by the Istanbul Automobile Club (İSOK) with MAPFRE Sigorta as title sponsor and the support of Şile Municipality and Spor Toto. It will begin on Saturday 19 May with a ceremonial start and drifting demonstrations at Şile Yeni Marina.
Last year 26 competitors started across four separate classes, and around 30 entries are expected again this year. Organised by a professional and experienced team of about 20 people, the event was ranked third among the Turkish Hill Climb Championship rounds in 2016 and second in 2017 in the scoring carried out by TOSFED observers...
