Exemplary Project from İlayda Hancı

Young female off-road driver İlayda Hancı, seeking to draw attention to violence against women in the male-dominated world of motorsport, featured photographs of Deniz Çakır, Gökçe Bahadır, Doğa Rutkay and Zeynep Beşerler from photographic artist Ümit Karalar's exhibition "Sheddeath" on the vehicle in which the driver competes.
The 23-year-old, who achieved a great success by finishing the 2016 season as Turkish Off-road Championship Class 1 winner, also handed out "I'm Here Against Violence Against Women" logos to the other competitors at the most recent event and raised donations for the Mor Çatı Women's Shelter Foundation...
We congratulate the young driver, a student in the Okan University Arts and Culture Management department, on this exemplary gesture and wish continued success.
