Organised by Ege Otomobil Sporları Kulübü with sponsorship from ICRYPEX and Royal Teos, the Royal Teos 31st Aegean Rally also awarded points in the historic classification, in which classic rally cars compete. 
Üstün Üstünkaya and Kerim Tar of Parkur Racing, in their UNIFREE Dutyfree-backed 1976 Ford Escort MK2, once again took the historic overall win and the Category 2 class win, giving them a big advantage in the title fight.
Tan and Selda Çağlayan, in a Peugeot 205 GTI, finished second overall and won Category 1, while Onur Çelikyay and Serdar Canbek, competing in a Murat 124 with Uludağ Gazoz backing under the slogan "Legends Race", left the Aegean Rally as third in the historic classification.
