EAMS Returns from Bursa with Four Trophies

At the Bursa Autocross Races, held by BOSSEK on the newly built autocross track inside the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Sports Complex, the Ege Asal Motorspor team was represented by three competitors: Özgür Şenyüz and Hilal Olgun in Category 1, and Levent Şapçılar in Category 4.

In the double-heat autocross event, Ege Asal Motorspor driver Levent Şapçılar, making his track debut in a Ford Fiesta R5 in Category 4, missed out on the podium in the first two races but went on the attack in the final race, taking the third-place trophy with a time of 2:33.13.

In Category 1, Ege Asal Motorspor's female competitor Hilal Olgun won the women's class in all three races, bringing the team three trophies in one go. The team's other competitor, Özgür Şenyüz, who raced a Fiat Palio, left Bursa having finished eighth, seventh and sixth in Category 1 respectively.

At the end of the event, Ege Asal Motorspor President Mithat Diker said: "I congratulate our competitors who represented our team successfully at the Bursa Autocross races, and I wish them continued success."
