Avcı Leads Yeşil Bursa Rally After Day One

Day one is complete at the Yeşil Bursa Rally, the fourth round of the 2018 Turkish Rally Championship, organised for the 43rd time this year by Bursa Otomobil Sporları Kulübü (BOSSEK) with Atış Yapı as title sponsor. Yağız Avcı-Onur Vatansever lead overnight.

Avcı-Vatansever set a time of 28:32.9 in their Ford Fiesta R5 and finished the day 15.2 seconds clear of their closest rival. Second place went to Deniz Fahri-Bahadır Gücenmez, also in a Ford Fiesta R5, with a time of 28:48.1, while Burak Çukurova-Vedat Bostancı completed the top three in a Skoda Fabia R5 with a time of 28:49.6.

In the two-wheel-drive class, Fatih Kara-Bilge Ayan lead in a Fiat Egea with a time of 30:36.8, while in the Historic class for classic cars, Levent Gür-Oytun Albayrak finished the day in first place in a Murat 131 with a time of 34:46.2.
