Team Mobil1 Wins in Bolu

The off-road excitement continued in trial, the teamwork-based discipline of off-road racing, with the Bolu round… The fourth round of the 2016 Turkish Trial Championship was held on 20-21 August by the Bolu Off-road Club (BOLOFF) with the support of Bolu Municipality.

In a demanding contest featuring 9 teams, 18 vehicles and 36 competitors, the crews battled against the clock on a 500-metre course made up of 10 gates, tackling water crossings, mud sections, rock sections and a forest climb using a variety of techniques.

After two days of competition, Team Mobil1, from Bursa and made up of the Ertan Uçar-Berat Atagül and Şencan Özkurt-Fuat Sarper crews, took the win. The Kayalar team, consisting of the Avni İnce-Ali Demirayak and Osman Balkı-Cemafer Bulut crews, finished second, while third place went to the Texxoff team, made up of the Emirhan Kutlu-Ali Çapan and Uğur Demirci-Muhammed Zor crews.

The fifth round of the 2016 Turkish Trial Championship season will be organised in Istanbul on 3-4 September by the Beykoz Off-road Club (BEYOFF).
