Bodrum Ready for Major Event

The third round of the Petrol Ofisi Maxima 2024 Turkish Rally Championship, Rally Bodrum, organised by Karya Otomobil Spor Kulübü (KAROSK), will deliver an adrenaline-filled weekend on the Bodrum peninsula from 26-28 April.

Supported by the Bodrum District Governorate, the Milas District Governorate and Bodrum Municipality and run with the backing of Tecno Mobile, Evofone, Duja Hotels, VST Tour, Çözüm Ortağı, Oasis Bodrum, Pars Entertainment, BESİAD and OYDER, the event will begin on the evening of Friday 26 April with a photo shoot with the competitors at Bodrum Castle, followed by the start ceremony at Bodrum Municipality Square at 20:30.The event, which won the jury special award in the Best Sports Event category at the Ace Of Mice awards to become the "first award-winning rally", will kick off as in previous years with an exhibition and talk. An exhibition of rally, drifting, circuit racing and off-road competition cars can be visited at Oasis Bodrum from 22-27 April. In addition, Rally Bodrum drivers Volkan Işık, Ali Türkkan, Burak Çukurova, Ümit Can Özdemir and Uğur Soylu will meet motorsport fans and the press at a talk at Oasis Bodrum at 18:00 on Thursday 25 April. For this important date of the 2024 season, headlined by ICRYPEX, the asphalt stages that showcase Bodrum's natural beauty in the Çamlık, Mazı, Fesleğen and Etrim areas have been joined this year by new stages from the Milas region. The two-day battle will take place over three special stages between Milas and Bodrum on Saturday, and three special stages in Bodrum on Sunday. The rally, which also awards points to the Turkish Historic Rally Championship and the Celal Gülerhan TOSFED Rally Cup, will conclude on Sunday 28 April with the finish ceremony and prize-giving at the Be Premium Hotel.
