Baja Excitement Heads to Bursa

The second round of the 2024 Turkish Baja Championship, Baja Bursa, takes place on 27-29 September, organised by Bursa Alternative Sports Club (BASK) with the support of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, ICRYPEX and Spor Toto.

The event begins with a ceremonial start in front of the Bursa Aloft Hotel at 15:30 on Friday 27 September 2024, with 36 vehicles and 72 competitors battling across four classes. With endurance and adrenaline to the fore at Baja Bursa, the crews will tackle five special stages over three days, at altitudes ranging from 120 to 1,000 metres.

On Friday 27 September at 16:15, the BASK 30th Anniversary spectator stage in the Demirtaşpaşa Pond area will be run, while on Saturday 28 September the 51km BAV Isuzu stage in the Avdancık area will be run twice. At Baja Bursa on Sunday 29 September, the 53km Ertan Uçar Garaj stage in the Seçköy area will also be run twice.

With the Vakıf Bera Sports Facilities serving as the service park, the event can be watched from the spectator area in the Gürsu Dışkaya region on Saturday and Sunday. Baja Bursa will conclude with a prize-giving ceremony in front of the Vakıf Bera Sports Facility at 19:00 on Sunday.
