2020 Turkish Rally Championship to Begin in Marmaris

The 2020 Turkish Rally Championship and the Turkish Historic Rally Championship, postponed because of the Covid-19 pandemic, will begin with WRC Rally Turkey, to be held in Marmaris in Muğla province on 18-20 September 2020. According to information announced in bulletin 2020/04, published on the official website of the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation on 11 August, Rally Turkey will be organised as rounds one and two of both championships.Both events will award points to the championships and class titles with a 1.2 coefficient. The first event, on 18-19 September, will consist of eight special stages covering 132.60km, while the second event, on 20 September, will comprise four special stages covering 94.50km.

The remainder of the championship is planned as three more rallies, based at the TOSFED Körfez Circuit and including forest stages, in line with pandemic conditions and regulations.
Dates and route details for these events will be announced as soon as possible, and competitors will score points from four of the five events in the championship.
