Turkish Crews Return from Kardzhali with Trophies

The Turkish crews who took part in the 2017 KARDJALI OFFROAD FEST in Bulgaria returned home with trophies again this year, just as they did last year.

The event, which is extremely demanding and calls for excellent navigational skills as well as off-road ability, once again produced a superb battle. In the three-day competition, in which friendship between countries and nations took centre stage, the Suzuki Vitara pairing of Deniz Dağlı-Semih Noyan claimed the runner-up trophy in the Cross Country class.

In this tough event, the Mehmet Becce-Hüseyin Afşar crew, competing in a Suzuki Jimny, took the third-place trophy in the toughest category, Trophy Expert Modified, and flew the Turkish flag on the podium. Also in a Suzuki Jimny, the Ali Kartal-Serdar Uludağ crew finished fourth in the Trophy Expert class, while the Tolga Yılmaz-Ejder Erişti crew, in a Jeep Cherokee, completed the event in fifth.
