Avcı and Gücenmez Win Rally Troia

Rally Troia 2017 ended in victory for Yağız Avcı-Bahadır Gücenmez, who competed in a Peugeot 208 T16 R5 for Neo Motorspor with the support of Peugeot Türkiye and Red Bull.
Burak Çukurova-Vedat Bostancı of BC Vision Motorsport finished second in a Skoda Fabia R5 in the demanding three-day rally, with third place going to Uğur Soylu-Aras Dinçer from the same team. The Georgian crew of Plamen Staykov-David Kvaratshelia took fourth, while Ahmet Burkay-Burak Akçay claimed fifth overall and also won the two-wheel-drive category and Class 4. The Class 3 winners were Hakan Ertarman-Yunus Emre Bol in a Renault Clio Ragnotti, while the Bulgarian crew of Denis Stanchovski-Mladen Karchev won Class 5 in a Hyundai i20 Coupe. Ford Motorsport's Emre Hasbay was the rally's top young driver, and Nehir Yılmaz of GP Garage My Team was the top female co-driver.
