Rally Cup in Memory of 'Paşa'

The rally cup, which allows amateur drivers to compete over shorter distances and on more affordable terms and was run in the 2016 season under the name of Yusuf Aramacı, will this year be held in memory of Renç Koçibey.

The cup will begin on 22-23 April with the season-opening Aegean Rally and continue with the ESOK Rally in Çanakkale on 1-2 July. After these two asphalt events, it will move onto gravel with the Yeşil Bursa Rally on 22-23 July. It will go on with the Istanbul Rally on 9-10 September and the Çorum Hitit Rally on 30 September-1 October, before finishing with the Ford Otosan Rally in Kocaeli on 18-19 November.

In the Renç Koçibey Rally Cup, where the rallies will consist of 65-70 km of special stages and entry to at least four of them is compulsory, drivers will be able to carry the points from five of the six events into the cup. The cars will be divided into four separate categories according to engine capacity and technical specification, and the overall classification will also be rewarded separately at every rally and at the end of the season.
