Double-Header Festival for Off-Road

Round 6 of the 2017 Turkish Off-road Championship will be held in Vezirköprü, Samsun, on 23-24 September, organised by Vezirköprü Offroad Kulübü, with 33 vehicles and 66 competitors taking part.
The Vezirköprü Offroad Festival, which will also host Round 3 of the Black Sea Regional Off-road Cup, organised by Samsun Arama Kurtarma Offroad Kulübü, will offer nature and off-road enthusiasts a visual spectacle over two days with two different races and a variety of events.
Held with Intercity as main sponsor and with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Samsun Governorship, Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, Vezirköprü Municipality and Vezirköprü Forestry Directorate and ATC Araç Takip Sistemleri, the event will start from Vezirsuyu Nature Park at 12:30 on Saturday 23 September.
On the first day of the event, the crews will begin the fight on the 12km Spor Toto stage. On Sunday 24 September, the action will continue from 11:00 on the Intercity Spectator stage, where unforgettable scenes await those watching. Running over seven stages covering 71 kilometres across the two days, the event will conclude with the prize-giving ceremony at 18:15.
After the first five races of the 2017 Turkish Off-road Championship, the crew of Mustafa Saray-Samet Zurnacı continues to lead the championship, while 54 Redline Team tops the Turkish Off-road Teams Championship. In the Black Sea Regional Off-road Cup, the crew of Dursun Ali Çelebi-Hüseyin Kurucu is in the lead.
