Kazaz in Portugal for Test

The Kerem Kazaz-Corentin Silvestre crew will compete in Rally Serras de Fafe this weekend as a test ahead of Rally Portugal, the second round of the Junior World Rally Championship, which runs from 15-18 May.

Competing for Team Petrol Ofisi, the 19-year-old is entering the 7-8 March event to adapt to Portuguese conditions and to get some gravel testing in the Ford Fiesta Rally3.

Ahead of the rally, which comprises 11 special stages covering a total of 113 kilometres, Kazaz said: "It's good to be back on the rallies after a few weeks away. We finished the first big event of the season in Sweden with a good result. In the same way, we want to make this month a productive preparation period so that we can also have a good Rally Portugal in May.
