KO-KART Opens the Karting Season
The opening round of the MOTUL 2026 Turkish Karting Championship, the Kocaeli Karting Race, will be held on 11-12 April at the TOSFED Körfez Race Track, organised by the Kocaeli Karting and Automobile Sports Club (KO-KART).
Staged with the support of Spor Toto, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and MOTUL, the event will see competitors do battle in five separate classes: micro, mini, junior, senior and master.
The event gets under way with practice sessions at 10.00 on Saturday 11 April, with qualifying and heat races running throughout the day. On Sunday 12 April, from 10.00, the semi-finals will be followed by the final races.
Open to the public and free to attend, the Kocaeli Karting Race will welcome motorsport fans to the TOSFED Körfez Race Track.
